Personal Care Assistant: PCA

Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) applications for employment are continually accepted by the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas. Qualified individuals are needed to provide in-home care to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities in our nine-county jurisdiction (Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, Searcy, and Washington Counties).

One year's experience in a clinical setting is preferred.  If the applicant does not currently hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate free training may be available if otherwise qualified.
